   Checking out the cute underlings is a total job benefit for managers. I’m with you Russ, I think you’d be a fine commanding officer.

   Thank you Shell. I am fan of yours and I appreciate your comments. I still looking forward to sharing a coffee or beer with you should you find yourself here in Mtl.
   I do “command” the percussion section for a summer band and it easy to do when the member know their job. I just be fare and make sure that they all get the chance to do it.
