   Hello, Rooty-ners.

   Glad to see that 100PushUps.com is the new Cat Genie for the show. But at least this is something that is completely commendable. Glad to see you’re both on board.

   Guessing by the mention of the KFC/PFK that there’s no dietary guidelines on the website, eh? Shame. And thanks for all the KFC mention. Hard to jog and not suddenly crave a bit of rat bird. Ugh.

   Oh, and $15 parking tix in Toronto? Where the hell are you parking? I’ve yet to get one that isn’t less than $30, and once got a whopper of one for $60 for parking on Adelaide at midnight. Midnight!

   If any of your listeners are meter maids (even the male ones are maids, who are you kidding), know this: I would never ever wish any physical harm on any living being, human or otherwise. Thankfully I do not consider meter maids to be actually living creatures. Doorknob in a pillow case is too good for you.

   Russ, please let us know when you’re planning to visit. My customer in Montreal has decided I’m too expensive to have on site, so I don’t think I’ll be visiting there any time soon. Would love to meet you in person my friend!

   Have checked out the 100 push up site – am actually considering doing it. Right after I finish this double fudge cake and my bottle of red wine…..
